Alec Baldwin Admits He Has No Interest In Having More Kids

Alec Baldwin is 60-years-old and has no interest in having any more kids. Despite the fact his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, is interested in having another, Alec admits he isn’t exactly thrilled with such a proposition. Speaking with People Magazine, Baldwin said, “yeah, she’s up for the challenge.”

“I’m the one who’s not up for the challenge,” the actor remarked, adding that his age was the primary reason. The actor said he’d be 85-years-old when his kids finally graduated school, so he’s not interested in having any more.

Alec and his 35-year-old wife, Hilaria – who has her own podcast called, Mom Brain – shares with Alec four kids named Romeo Alejandro David, Leonardo Angel Charles, Rafael Thomas, Carmen Gabriela, who are 10-months-old, 2, 3, and 5, respectively.

Alec has a 23-year-old daughter with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger, as well. Regarding his young children, Alec claims he and his friends joke that once his kids finally grow up, he’ll be too deaf to really hear their problems anyway. It was back in October when Hilaria first said she’s open to having more children.

Alec comes from a huge family already including his three brothers, Stephen, Daniel, and William. Kim and Alec’s 23-year-old daughter is named Ireland, and Stephen has Hailey, the wife of Justin Bieber, as his daughter.

There’s no doubt that Alec would be incredibly busy if he decided to have another child. Currently, he has The Alec Baldwin Show, which premiered on ABC last year in March.

Thus far, he’s had a full list of celebrity guests, including Kim Kardashian, Taraji P. Henson, Mike Myers, and Cecile Richards, as well as Jerry Seinfeld. Last year, social media rumors swirled that the parking lot incident for which he was initially charged, led to decreased ratings, but of course, such a theory could never be confirmed.

As it was previously reported, Alec allegedly got into a fistfight with a man in a parking lot. However, later it was revealed that reports were exaggerated. Alec pushed a man after the victim took his parking spot. The actor agreed to a one-day anger management class and pled guilty to harassment.
