Alexis Skyy Baby Girl Is Out Of The Hospital After Super Scary Brain Surgery

Days ago, Alexis Skyy alarmed social media when she asked for prayers for her baby girl. It turned out that Alaiya Grace needed to have emergency brain surgery; however, the beautiful infant was released from the hospital today with a huge smile on her face.

Alexis took to Instagram to announce that she would be taking the daughter she shares with Fetty Wap home after her scary head procedure. The mom noticed that her 1-year-old was throwing up and something seemed off so she rushed her to the hospital where they repaired a malfunctioning implant that is used to control bleeding and fluids from the brain.

Aliaya was born 3 months premature in January of last year and suffers from hydrocephalus. Reports claim that she’s had as many as 4 brain surgeries before her first birthday earlier this month.

Skyy wrote on her Instagram: “We going home. God is so good. Thank God Lay Lay is back active and feeling better. Won’t he do it. So thankful for my family and my nanny. I have the best support system”

This also comes after Fetty Wap thanked his fans for praying for the baby girl in a video message.

Alexis has been receiving loads of criticism for the fact that Alaiya is on Medicaid. She had to defend her daughter’s insurance to haters when she explained that she wasn’t on Medicaid, but the baby is due to her multiple health problems.

The Instagram model also had to prove to the public that Solo Lucci was not her child’s father.

She uploaded a photo of test results and included a message to the doubters.

“I have been humiliated, I have been disrespected, I have been harassed [non] stop about not knowing who my child’s father [is] all because of Michael Dorsey AKA Solo Lucci continuing to spread this lie. As a woman, I feel totally disrespected by not only him but also those on social media who have mother-shamed me EVERYDAY, EVERY PICTURE of my daughter who has [fought] so hard to make to where she is today (Her 1st Bday) 1.4.18.”
