Amber Heard Says Johnny Depp Was A 'Monster' When He Drank -- Can She Convince In Court?

According to actress Amber Heard, her relationship with Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp allegedly involved a lot of abuse and incidents of verbal and even physical violence.

In a court filing, Heard described how Depp had tormented her in various ways, including by beating and strangling her.

However, as some have pointed out, this is only one side of the story, and observers are yet to hear things from the perspective of Depp himself.

The current legal proceedings are the result of a lawsuit by Depp himself, in which he accused Heard of trying to spread false rumors about him.

This dates back to an incident from 2018, where Heard accused Depp of committing the acts, but never referred to him by name specifically.

And now, according to reports, Heard has started going over all the grim details of their relationship in an official capacity, pointing her finger directly at Depp in the courtroom.

Depp’s defense is yet to be revealed, although it is speculated that the actor might have an ace up his sleeve that could paint the situation in a different light.

Heard has referred to Depp as “the Monster” while giving her new statements.

This was repeated by people around her, and it looks like they are trying to push it as a narrative to the public at this point.

According to Heard, anytime Depp was under the influence of any substance, she feared for herself and was worried that the actor might do something dangerous.

Heard, who started dating Depp in 2012, shared in documents obtained by the New York Post: “About a year into our relationship, I began to witness Johnny abusing drugs and alcohol … On some occasions, when Johnny simultaneously used both illegal narcotics and prescription medications I have had to get him medical attention. Whenever he was using, I worried for both of us. He would become a totally different person, often delusional and violent. We called that version of Johnny, ‘the Monster’”

She added: “Johnny often would not remember his delusional and violent conduct after he came out of his drunk or medicated states. … Because I loved Johnny, I had believed his multiple promises that he could and would get better. I was wrong.”

Depp called the accusations a hoax.
