Amber Portwood’s Ex Shares Sweet Message After Her Arrest

Following the arrest of Amber Portwood on domestic abuse, her ex, Gary Shirley took to social media to send the Teen Mom star his well wishes. Furthermore, he also revealed where their daughter, Leah, 10, is while her mother remains in police custody.

Even though they are no longer a couple, it sounds like Shirley only wants what is best for Amber, especially since they share a child together.

After getting arrested for domestic violence against her current man, Andrew Glennon, Shirley sent her a supportive message on social media.

The post on Twitter was actually dedicated to Amber but also to Andrew and their 14 month old baby boy, James, showing positivity about the situation in general, despite not knowing the details.

‘My prayers are with @AmberLPortwood, Andrew, and most importantly baby James, i don’t know any of the particulars, however I am thinking of them. And for all the questions and concerns Leah was/is currently camping with her best friend,’ the man wrote.

The tweet comes not too long after Portwood got arrested on charges of assault against boyfriend Andrew.

At the time, they were having a massive argument that allegedly escalated to a physical fight even though the man was holding their son!

As a result, the case has been turned over to the Indiana Department of Child Services as they have to do a standard check needed when kids are involved in any way, even just by being present, in an adult assault case.

The whole legal problem is concerning for Amber and her family but, as fans know, it is not the first time she has issues with the law.
