The actress now asks everyone to show some ‘respect’ to her way of mourning, stressing that this is a ‘very real’ and ‘devastating’ time for her and many other people close to Naya Rivera.

While Naya’s body is still nowhere to be found after she was presumed drowned in a lake, some social media users have noticed that Amber Riley, one of her former Glee co-stars has said nothing about the sad accident on her platform.

Clapping back at the insensitive criticism, Amber tweeted: ‘Show some respect. All our energy is going toward helping find Naya and praying for her safe return and for her family. No one owes anyone online a performance of grief. This is very real and devastating.’

She went on to point out that people should focus on something else much more important than this negativity: ‘Focus on Naya and her family. Not us. We don’t matter right now. #helpfindnaya #NayaRivera #nayariveramissing.’

As you might know, Naya Rivera has been missing since July 8 when she went boating with her 4 year old son, Josey, on Lake Piru.

A few hours later, the boy was found alonge on the boat while his mom was nowhere to be found.

The little boy told the police they were both swimming but Naya never got back on the boat.

Teams as well as her family and close friends have been looking for her ever since but with no results.
