Anthony 'Harv' Ellison's Lawyers Allege That Tekashi 6ix9ine And Trippie Redd Beef Was Fabricated By Record Label

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s beef with fellow singer, Trippie Redd, was apparently fabricated by the record label claims Anthony “Harv” Ellison’s lawyer, via Vibe. Reported first by Complex, the outlet stated that Ellison’s attorney is trying to get another trial for his client because there was insufficient evidence to prove Harv had engaged in criminal behavior with Daniel Hernandez, also known as Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Back in October of this year, Ellison was slapped with kidnapping and robbing charges and was subsequently convicted for the charges related to the incident involving Hernandez. Hernandez’s testimony purportedly made it seem like Harv played a role in the attack against Trippie in November 2017.

Deveraux Cannick and Calvin Scholar, Ellison’s attornies, claimed Harv was acting in Hernandez’s defense during the fabricated feud between Tekashi and Trippie Redd. Reportedly, Redd’s manager helped fuel the attack by sending the location to Daniel.

During the purportedly fake fight, Harv, who was working as security for Mr. Hernandez, rushed to his defense. Harv’s attornies added there was evidence Harv merely acted in a scheme which was more like a publicity stunt for both parties.

As it was previously reported, Tekashi stated in his testimony that Harv and Nuke were card-carrying members of the New York gang, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Prosecutors presiding over the case claimed the two men were members of the gang who frequently terrorized the neighborhood.

Hernandez said during his testimony that he pleaded with Harv, uring him not to shoot, adding that he gave him money and was simply tired of always being a victim of extortion. The incident was filmed by Harv and was also recorded by the driver, Jorge Rivera.

On account of the supposed fact that the beef between them was carefully orchestrated, Harv’s lawyers asked for a new trial. Since the trial was widely publicized earlier this year, Trippie Redd has said almost nothing about Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Rather than engaging in the supposed feud, Trippie Redd recently celebrated his last record going to number one on the Billboard 200 chart. It is his first record to hit the coveted spot.
