Are Honey Boo Boo And Pumpkin Getting Their Own Show Amid Mama June Drama?

Sadly, the Mama June and Geno Doak saga is continuing as we speak. WE TV tried their best to intervene by setting up a rehab facility for June Shannon to no avail — but does that mean that fans will never get an update about what’s going on with the family on a widespread scale?

It’s safe to say that Mama June is more of a liability now that she is no longer reality TV gold. As quickly viewers went on an exciting journey of watching the pageant mom lose weight, find love, and become a grandmother again it was even quicker when she threw it all away with her antics with Geno.

Between her declining health status and suspected drug problem, there is no way the network will renew From Hot to Not unless Mama June gets her head on straight making this the second time she’s lost a show because of a man.

However, that doesn’t mean that Alana Honey Boo Boo Thompson’s stardom has to suffer. She is now in the care of her older sister Lauryn Pumpkin Shannon and it seems as though they may be working on a secret project by themselves.

Fans have watched the 19-year-old step up and care for her younger sister while her mother is too worried about Doak to even be bothered. Wendy Williams was one of the first to take notice that producers could be setting the mother of one up for a spin-off.

Besides June, viewers looked forward to Pumpkin’s little family, Sugar Bear and his wife’s journey, and even funny commentary from Mama June’s sister and close friend.

To make suspicions that a spin-off may be in the works is the fact that Alana posted a photo of herself and Pumpkin smiling and captioned it with ‘That’s a wrap.’
