The other day, Ariana Grande got candid about her mental health by sharing a brain scan of her scary levels of PTSD, and it looks like she made her fans worry a bit too much. The star clarified that startling people was not her intention at all!

The singer posted a pic comparing a ‘heathy’ brain and her own, showing the damages caused by her PTSD on IG stories yesterday.

Grande’s Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a direct result of the 2017 terrorist bombing at her concert in Manchester, England that killed and injured many of her fans in attendance.

Earlier today, Ari returned to her Instagram Stories to tell her followers that ‘Didn’t mean to startle anybody with my brain thingy. It just blew me away. I found it very informative and wanted to encourage you all to make sure you check your brains / and listen to your bodies / take care of yourselves too.’

She went on to say that ‘I love science and seeing the physical reality of what is going on in there was incredible to me. I mean, I feel all that all the time, but seeing it’s totally different and actually super cool. Someday, when I am feeling ready or when I am more healed up, we can talk more about it. I’m constantly working on my health / learning how to process pain. Every day’s different but I am doing my best.’

The celeb assured people that she will continue to give her all and put energy and passion in her work ‘even tho my brain looks like the world map.’

Before reminding her fans how much she loves them, she joked that her hair is so big because it’s ‘full of trauma.’
