After their dramatic engagement story, it seems like a miracle that Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham tied the knot! But The Bachelor star and the one he chose to be his partner (after reconsidering his first choice) are indeed husband and wife now!

The happy couple experienced a fairytale-like ceremony in Hawaii this weekend, reports Us Weekly.

The nuptials were not televised as they said ‘yes’ in front of their family members and close friends at the Haiku Mill in Maui earlier this afternoon.

About their wedding, Arie told the news outlet that ‘Ever since we’ve gotten together, we wanted to fast-forward to this day.’

Even though they did not tape their wedding, there was still a reminder that they started their love story on a reality TV show since it was The Bachelor’s host Chris Harrison who officiated their wedding.

As for his proposal that WAS televised, Arie told Lauren that ‘I have made some really bad decisions, but the best one was running back to you. I cannot imagine a life without you. You’ve shown me a love that is patient, a love that’s kind, and I truly believe you’re my soulmate. I am ready to face this life with you and all that comes with it. Good and bad. I love you so much.’ So romantic!

Fans remember the drama that ensued when Arie changed his mind after originally proposing to Becca Kufrin during the finale.

Shockingly enough he later realized he made a mistake and broke up with Becca on camera!

He then popped the big question for the second time that season to the original runner-up, Lauren.
