Ashley Darby Talks About Michael Darby Sexual Assault Accusations That Will Be Addressed At RHOP Reunion -- Reveals What Was 'Quite Shocking'

Ashley and Michael Darby have been at the center of scandal during the fourth season of Real Housewives of Potomac. Since filming, the couple has closed their restaurant and welcomed a brand new baby yet Michael’s sexual assault case is still the talk of the town.

On the most recent episodes of the show, the Australia native has been cleared of the accusations since the case was dropped for insufficient evidence. However, there are still questions regarding what happened considering Michael’s past alleged scandals and the ‘unseen’ footage that Bravo aired.

In the never-before-seen film, Michael apologized for accidentally brushing against the accuser and also said ‘I didn’t touch your butt.’ Only in the last part of the footage, he was actually speaking to Monique Samuels’ cousin which definitely mislead viewers.

It was something that Andy Cohen apologized for on an episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Ashley spoke to Hollywood Life about what Bravo fans will see a discussion about and how the unaired footage shocked her.

‘So, the way that everything else did play out in the legal system and beyond that is very different in contrary to what is being said on the show. And I wish I could talk about it with you – it’s Michael’s thing to talk about – but certainly it’s not what was said in the court case and the charges that were brought against Michael and nothing about what’s actually being shown on the show. That’s very different so Michael will be addressing that at the reunion.’

She went on to say: ‘For example, the audio that spoke to me so salacious at the end of the episode, that’s actually Monique’s cousin Hank, talking to Michael and he calls him Mike. And it’s an ongoing thing that Hank always teases Michael about season one, when Michael was playing with Andrew. So, the way that production decided to take that incident, that audio that was sampled five hours later was quite shocking to me, to make it look like it was all connected to that incident when it wasn’t.’
