The model is expecting her first child! Ashley Graham and her husband of nine years, Justin Ervin are going to be parents and they were happy to share the great news with followers on social media.

The announcement was made via a super sweet clip they posted on Instagram earlier today.

In the footage, the parents to be can be seen turning the camera on themselves and then zooming out to show off Ashley’s baby bump after only pretending to focus the vid.

As the expecting model rubbed her growing belly, they both yelled ‘surprise!’

The happy news was shared on their wedding annyversary as well!

In the clip’s caption, Ashley wrote: ‘Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life. It’s been the best journey with my favorite person in whole the world! Today, we’re feeling so blessed, grateful and so excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY! Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin ❤️ Life is about to get even better.’

As fans know all too well, Ashley and her hubby are becoming parents for the first time!

The model talked about the topic of motherhood back in June during an interview for Allure.

At the time, she got candid about race being something she wants to discuss openly with her children.

‘I want to know as much as I possibly can as a white woman who’s going to be raising black children. We are going to have to have that conversation of ‘Mommy is white, Daddy is black,’ and I want to be prepared,’ she said.

The model also noted just how important it is to ‘read books, have conversations and educate yourself.’

But even though she opened up about parenthood, she insisted that it is ‘just too far down the road for me to even think about.’

Well, it turns out that was not so much into the future as she suggested! Congrats!
