Earlier today, Azealia Banks took to her Instagram account to share some clips of her tearing up while claiming a flight attendant on an Aer Lingus flight from Gatwick to Dublin mistreated her. Apparently, things escalated so much to the point that Banks eventually deboarded the plane and was even banned from the entire airline.

In one of the videos she posted, Azealia complained: ‘I had my bags deep in the plane, and the [stewardess] was asking me questions. I was trying to find my passport as I did not have the answers and she was just staring at me. I said, ‘Don’t stare at me.’ She went to the Captain  and claimed that I said, ‘Don’t stare at me or I will sort you out.’ I’m from NYC, I do not use that slang.’

As she started crying, the rapper went on to say that ‘They crowded around me like I am some sort of animal saying, ‘we’re going to have a problem.’ I get off the plane. I have worked way too hard in life to be cornered by some ugly Irish b***h. They’re ugly Irish women here. Then all these security n****s come over treating me like a wild animal. They tried their hardest to get me to do something or freak out.’

But according to her, she managed to keep her calm and did not make a scene as she did not want them to make a ‘spectacle out of’ her.

Azealia revealed that she was banned from the airline since she got off the plane.

In an official statement, the airline made it very clear that they have a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive behavior which is why the flight attendant only seemed confrontational.

Furthermore, they also mentioned that because Banks and her entourage needed to get their luggage as they deboarded the plane, the flight was delayed, causing inconvenience to the other clients.
