Bethenny Frankel Clarifies That She's ‘Not Newly Married’ After Shocking Tweet About Her Exit From The Real Housewives

Bethenny Frankel shocked all of her fans on social media with a tweet in which she nonchalantly mentioned that she left the Real Housewives of New York because she was the only one married on the show! However, as far as everyone knew, she wasn’t!

But now, the reality TV star took to her Instagram stories to explain what she actually meant, stressing that she is ‘not newly married.’

‘I want to explain to you that this week I made a really big decision and I had been thinking about it and going back and forth and I just decided … ‘when you jump you fly.’ And, ironically I am the only legally married housewife on New York, like I said at the reunion. I am not newly married. I was just the only legally married housewife on the real Housewives of New York. I am so appreciative. And, believe me, when there is something to tell you, I will tell you,’ she wrote.

Previously, an insider confirmed with HollywoodLife that Bethenny and her boyfriend, Paul Bernon are not married yet.

The tweet that freaked out social media read: ‘To my NY hwives: GO GET EM! I had to go since I am the only one that is actually married…that is how crazy this ride is. You are all amazing, beautiful and strong. Spread your wings and fly! Xoxo.’

So it turns out that she was referring to the fact that her divorce with Jason Hoppy is not yet finalized.
