Billie Eilish Covers Vogue Australia — Shares Her Views On Fashion And Says She Doesn't Want To Give People The Excuse To Judge

There’s a lot of excitement ahead for 17-year-old Billie Eilish, but for the month of July, she’s covering Vogue Australia. Known for her own innovative and creative fashion, it is fitting that the breakout music superstar and fashionista is featured by the magazine. New York-based photographer Jesse Lizotte shot the photos that made great use of a lavender color background that seemed to bring out Billie’s crystal blue eyes. Lok Lau styled Billie’s hair that was kept in her carefree, youthful manner. In an interview with editor Rikki Keene, Billie explained why she likes to wear clothes that are “800 sizes” too big. She said that she doesn’t like to give people an excuse to judge.

Celebrity makeup artist Victoria Baron did Billie’s makeup that was kept natural and soft. Victoria used the perfect amount of mascara to draw attention to Billie’s baby blues without making her look older than her age. She used a soft pink on her lips that maintained the natural look of youth and beauty that Billie possesses.

Two of the photos that Jesse Lizotte shared on his official Instagram page were exceptional. His use of the color purple set the tone for the layout and in one picture, Billie was styled in Stussy and wore purple and white batik-style pants that were the perfect complement for the spread.

In another photo captured by Jesse Lizotte, Billie again is decked out in the lavender color and wears clothing from Off-White and jewelry from her collaboration with Heart of Bone.

Jillian Davidson styled Billie for the layout and did a superb job, as evidenced by the fashion spread.
