Billie Lee Quit Vanderpump Rules Over Fake Tom Sandoval Hookup Storyline!

News of Billie Lee quitting Vanderpump Rules made headlines yesterday. It was believed to be because of her busy schedule of advocating in the LGBTQIA community but according to new reports — that’s only half the story.

A bombshell article posted by Hollywood Life claims that Billie isn’t only booked and busy but she’s also fed up with feeling like an outsider among the group and the latest storyline producers tried to push.

Apparently, showrunners wanted to involve Billie in a cheating scandal with none other than her friend and Ariana Madix’s boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.

‘Production asked Billie to partake in a storyline that she is adamant isn’t true — that she and Sandoval hooked up, which will be spoken about and [is] a big story line on this season of Vanderpump Rules.‘

The stress of only having a few friends on the cast and pressure from producers had a serious effect on her.

‘Billie Lee was struggling handling the drama that comes with being a cast member on Vanderpump Rules. It was truly messing with her mental well being.’

The source added: ‘She let producers know about three or four months ago that she didn’t want to come back as a cast member at all. Since she is still friends with a few of them, you will most likely see her here and there. She has a lot of other projects she is working on, like a potential book and her LGBTQ activism, so she wants to focus on that.’

This comes after yesterday’s report that the 35-year-old may also be interested in getting her own spin-off.

Since Lee is done with the show, the rumors of producers bringing on more cast members make sense now.
