Billie Lee’s short-lived stint on Vanderpump Rules is relevant now more than ever. After the network made the decision to fire Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens, and Bret Caprioni go for their racially insensitive words and actions — Billie has a story of her own.

You may remember that Billie was the only person to call Stassi out about her problematic comments regarding the Black Lives Matter movement. She also later called out the women for not inviting her to the girls’ night at SUR.

Before this season started taping, Billie announced that she would be leaving the show because of the treatment she received. She later went on to hint that Jax Taylor had something to do with making it an aggressive environment for her.

Now that she’s seeing that Bravo is actually holding their stars accountable for their vile actions — she is speaking up about her personal experience.

In a blog post on her website, Lee revealed that LVP herself threatened to take her career away.

‘When I publicly questioned the show and network I got a call from Lisa herself demanding I not speak negatively about my experience and the show, ‘I made your career and I can take it away’ she said. She also explained to me about how she has black people around, ‘My number one server is black.’ Yes, Lisa you have staff that are black but your show (that has a massive audience) does not show him or any other black, gay, or trans person. Like Stassi, Lisa does not see how her actions are harming an entire race and gender.’

She went on to urge Vanderpump Rules and Bravo to do what is right for the network.

It doesn’t stop there, Billie also claimed via Instagram that Jax refused to film with her because she is transgender.

With many people already wanting to hold Jax accountable for a slew of misdeeds, Bravo TV should hear Billie’s cry and launch an investigation to keep the momentum they have with axing problematic stars from the show going.
