Blake Shelton Says Gwen Stefani Gave Him The Sweetest Handmade Birthday Gift - Here's What It Is!

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been in a romantic relationship for quite some time but that is not to say they can’t still surprise each other. As fans know, the country crooner celebrated his birthday not too long ago and, as it turns out, he received an amazing gift from his girlfriend.

It was handmade and super sweet and Blake thought it was ‘pretty cool!’

On June 18, when Blake turned 43 years old, his significant other gifted him a really thoughtful present –  a homemade sign for his ranch!

During a new interview with People, Blake shared that ‘It’s like a ‘Welcome to the Ranch’-type sign. It was a handmade deal. It’s pretty cool.’

And that was not all! The man also revealed that, two days after his birthday, she also threw him a super chill and fun pizza party!

Apparently, it was exactly what he wanted and she knew that all too well since she’d previously asked.

Blake pointed out that since they had a ‘big pizza oven’ they had to ‘figure out how to use that thing.’

It so happens that they have a close pal that owns a pizza restaurant so he came over and did it!

‘I have no idea how to do any of that stuff. It’s either a frozen pizza for me or Pizza Hut,’ Blake said about his pizza-making skills.

Gwen’s kids were obviously at the celebration, enjoying the great pizza.

Speaking of, insider reports have been claiming that the three boys are super close to Blake and see him as a second father.

‘Blake has been very helpful with the kids and cares for them and is always there with to listen and support Gwen as she deals with Gavin and the issues that arise from co-parenting,’ a source previously shared with HollywoodLife.
