Boosie Badazz found himself out of luck this week. Hot New Hip Hop claims the rapper was banned from Instagram, and rather than take it laying down, the performing artist pleaded with the Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, to reinstall his account.

As it was previously reported, Boosie Badazz was doing quite well before the coronavirus pandemic. He was slated to appear in the reality series, Badazz Boosie, however, the plans were put on hold due to the pandemic and resulting filming restrictions.

Badazz then turned to social media and other internet sharing platforms to make an extra dollar. Reportedly, Boosie recently struck a deal with a chicken wing establishment in which he was encouraged and compensated for showing off what he ordered from the restaurant.

Now that his account is gone, however, Boosie Badazz is no longer making money for his family. The rapper said in the video, “Mark Zuckinburger, I need to talk to you.”

According to Hot New Hip Hop, it’s not entirely clear why Boosie was booted off of Instagram, but the rumor is it that it might have to do with his OnlyFans page.

The outlet speculated that it could be because Boosie has continuously promoted his OnlyFans account, which is against the terms of conditions of Instagram. Promoting content affiliated with sexual imagery and other pornographic material is against IG’s rules.

Fans of Boosie Badazz know he’s frequently in the headlines for other reasons which are typically fairly controversial in nature. For instance, earlier this year, he came to bat for R. Kelly even though the R&B singer has been accused of trafficking young women and minors.

Badazz went so far as to suggest that R. Kelly had more hit songs than performers such as Michael Jackson and Prince, despite this obviously not being the case. The rapper claimed he didn’t care what R. Kelly did or who he slept with.

He had a number of legendary tracks, and there is nothing people can do to take that away from him, the rapper explained.
