According to Hot New Hip Hop, violence in the music industry has been a thing since it first started, and it’s especially pronounced in the hip-hop and rap world. For instance, just last year, a few prominent rappers were shot and killed including the Atlanta rapper, Mo3, in addition to King Von.

Furthermore, Boosie has touched on the topic a few times before in the past, including another instance where he said that rappers probably had the most dangerous jobs out of anybody.

This past week, Lady Gaga’s dog walker was attacked by two gunmen who shot him in the chest and left him for dead, although, the singer-songwriter managed to get her dogs back and the dog walker was ok too.

Machine Gun Kelly was in the headlines just yesterday as well when his drummer was attacked by men who struck him with a vehicle and attacked and robbed him.

All of these violent acts don’t even take into consideration the incidents of stalking. Stars such as Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, G-Eazy, and Taylor Swift have all had to take out restraining orders against fans who don’t know when to stop.

As for Boosie’s thoughts on all of this, the rapper spoke with Vlad where he talked about Dre and P. Diddy’s homes being targeted, while also stating that people don’t fool around in the city of Los Angeles.

Boosie went on to say that “LA was the most dangerous city in the world” after Vlad TV told him that Diddy’s house was also targeted. The Louisiana rapper explained how they got some “mothaf*ckas” who definitely “don’t play.”

As it was noted above, Badazz echoed these points during an interview with Vlad again last year following the death of both Mo3 and King Von. Boosie said how he was going to take some time off from the clubs due to how dangerous they were.
