Brad Pitt Was In A 'Dark Place' After Angelina Jolie Split

It’s been three years since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, and a new report claims that the split put Pitt in a “dark place” that he is just now coming out of. Pitt had a hard enough time dealing with the fact that his 11-year relationship with Jolie (that included a two-year marriage) had come to an end, but it made things exponentially worse when she fought him so hard for physical custody of their six children.

During their divorce and custody battle, things got nasty, and Jolie got to the point where she was actively trying to keep Pitt from communicating with the children. During the summer of 2018, the judge in their divorce warned Jolie about her behavior and threatened to take custody from her if she didn’t change her ways.

Jolie also accused Pitt of not taking care of the kids financially, while he claimed to have given her millions. Eventually, they were able to agree on a custody arrangement, but he still hasn’t been photographed with the kids for years. Meanwhile, Jolie is always taking them to movie premieres and on family outings.

The break-up was not easy, but it appears that Pitt has finally moved on, and it also looks like his children – Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox – are happy and healthy. They have even made a new friend, Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown.

However, the rumors don’t stop when it comes to Jolie and her kids, and one recently gained traction that claimed Jolie was so “cheap,” she was making her children wear second-hand clothing.

According to The Globe, Jolie and Pitt’s kids are wearing hand-me-downs and eating cheap food, despite the fact that their parents make millions. The report claimed that Jolie was so frugal, her daughter Zahara was embarrassed to go out in public.

“They’re hanging out with celeb friends like Millie Bobby Brown, who’s dressed in head-to-toe designer garb,” said a supposed insider, who added, “[Zahara] wants to be the next fashionista but is embarrassed to be seen in public in her variety-store clothes.”

The source also claimed that the Jolie-Pitt kids are eating “TV dinners, canned soup, and frozen hot dogs” that Jolie buys in bulk.

This rumor has been debunked, and it’s obvious that the Jolie-Pitt kids are well-dressed when they go out in public. On top of that, Jolie’s net worth is $160 million, while Pitt’s is roughly $300 million. The kids are doing just fine.
