Chris Soules Attends First Red Carpet Event In Two Years - Reveals What It's Like To Be Back In The Spotlight

After 2 years, it looks like Chris Soules is coming back to the spotlight! Given that it’s been so long since he took a hiatus from his public life, how does it feel to slowly return starting with this holiday season?

The former Bachelor was in attendance at the KIIS FM’s iHeartRadio Jingle Ball and that marked his very first red carpet event since 2017!

Chatting with ET, he was, of course, asked, how it felt to be back in Hollywood after such a long time being away.

Soules stressed that his appearance at the Jingle Ball was not exactly an official return and instead, he was there just to enjoy the concert alongside pals Ashley Iaconetti, her hubby Jared Haibon, Dean Unglert as well as Caelynn Miller-Keyes.

The married couple was quick to gush to the same news outlet over how thrilled they were to hang out with Soules and how happy they were that he was back.

The Bachelor alum stated that while being away from the spotlight, he’s learned a very precious lesson, which is that ‘being around family and friends is key.’

When asked about his love life, Soules mentioned that while he’s been dating, there is nothing too serious in his life at this point.

Regardless, the man is very hopeful that the upcoming year is going to be his best yet!

As you may remember, the reason why Soules left Hollywood at the time was that he got arrested for supposedly leaving the scene of a car accident before the police could show up.

The 66 year old farmer that was driving the other vehicle involved in the collision, a truck, was rushed to the hospital later on but unfortunately passed away.

As a result, Soules got a two years’ probation for fleeing the scene of a fatal accident.

When asked what’s next for him, Soules mentioned that ‘You gotta move on in life and just do your thing, make yourself a better person.’
