Christina Anstead Warns Her Fans And Followers About Going 'Too Hard' While Pregnant

According to a report from Today, Christina Anstead recently came out to share a message for her fans: “don’t overdo it.” The star dished out her advice for followers and fans following the C-section she endured on the 6th of September.

In the caption of one of her IG posts, Anstead wrote alongside the photo showing her in her bed, “Well, I’m a moron.” The reality star was pictured hanging out with her newborn son, Hudson. The star claimed the turn of events for the worse was when she threw Tay a birthday party and was working the entire weekend setting things up.

As fans of the Flip or Flop star know, Taylor is the 9-year-old daughter that Anstead shares with her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa. Reportedly, the preparations for the party turned out to be more than what she could handle, because she ended up bedridden.

According to Anstead, she woke up in the morning and immediately felt pain, explaining that it was the part in her left abdomen that was hurting rather than where the scar and incision was. Christina, who got married to Anstead, urged her fans and followers not to follow in her footsteps, and instead, relax and take it easy.

Regarding why she chose to work herself so hard, Anstead claimed that it was on account of being somewhat of a “people pleaser,” who was putting others before herself. The reality star claimed she wanted to show people that she cares about them.

As it was previously reported, the reality star and Tarek El Moussa were married for years and came to prominence on the television series, Flip Or Flop, in which the couple fixed up old properties and sold them for a profit.

However, Christina and Tarek’s marriage didn’t end well. One evening, Tarek went out for a walk after he and Christina had been fighting and the reality star called the police on him because he carried a pistol with him while out hiking.

Later on, Tarek addressed it directly, stating that he was taking a pistol hiking due to the dangerous wildlife in his area.
