Christina Perri Happy To Announce She's Expecting Again 6 Months After Miscarriage

The singer has some great news! After unfortunately suffering a miscarriage six months ago, Christina Perri was happy to announce that she is now pregnant! The 33 year old artist who also shares a 2 year old daughter named Carmella with her husband Paul Costabile posted a heartwarming message telling the world about becoming parents of two!

The two tied the knot in 2017 and could not be any happier to welcome another addition to their family.

Not only that but she even revealed the due date, which is apparently in the middle of winter, 2021!

The singer posted a collage of pics that showed their daughter at the beach and in the caption, she wrote: ‘Carmella is gonna be a big sister!!! our rainbow baby is coming in January.’

And Perry was not the only one boasting about it on social media!

Her husband, Paul, also posted a super cute snap of the toddler looking quite shocked about the little sibling news on his own platform and in the caption he wrote: ‘Surprise !! Our little fam is growing. New bambino/bambina coming January.’

As mentioned before, this comes nearly half a year after Perry got candid about going through a miscarriage.

She opened up about the whole thing in January, writing: ‘Today I had a miscarriage. Baby was 11 weeks old. We are shocked and heartbroken. We were only a week away from sharing the news so I feel like it is also important to share this news as well. I want to help change the story and stigma around miscarriages, secrecy and shame. I’m reminded how amazing and powerful women are at making life and also healing. To all of the mothers who’ve been here and who will be here, I see you and love you.’

Christina also assured her fans that she and her husband would try again to add to the family when they felt like the time was right.
