Christy McGinity Gibel is sick of the bullying from her Little Women LA co-star Terra Jole. The recent episodes of the show upset her so much that she decided to announce to social media that she is done with the series altogether in a post-and-delete.
If you aren’t up to speed on the drama, Christy and Terra have been going head-to-head for the past few seasons and things took a turn for the worst when the frenemies got into a wild bar fight where Jole ended up throwing a glass and Gibel’s head.
Christy threatened a lawsuit but didn’t go through with it. The two have tried to be cordial until recently when they got into an argument that was a war of the words. Terra even ended up throwing Christy’s past as an alcoholic in her face.
The disagreement stemmed from the executive producer insinuating that the reality star treats her daughter like a baby. Christy’s reasoning for being overprotective of her teen is because she suffers from Hashimoto’s disease which Terra tried to minimize.
The two made up on the latest installment but it must have taken a turn for the worst because Christy quit the show in a new Instagram post that detailed the effects of Hashimoto’s.
‘Hashimoto’s is serious! You cannot compare Hashimoto’s disease to pinkeye! Terra broke my contract! I have it in my contract that she is not allowed to talk about my alcoholism. I’m done with Little Women LA I’m announcing it right now I’m moving. Goodbye forever! I’m following my heart,’ her Instagram post originally read before she edited it to read just the first sentence.’
She spoke to Radar Online where she explained: ‘My daughter is my world. I need to show her once again no man or woman should ever treat another this way. I’m all about women’s empowerment, and Autumn and I are going to be public speaking and starting a women’s empowerment campaign that will travel and speak at various corporate events.’
Do you think she is really through with the show?
