Ciara Reveals The Prayer That Helped Her Land Russell Wilson After Future Split In Video -- Could It Work For Other Women?

Fans’ prayers have finally been answered. Ciara has decided to finally reveal the prayer she said that led her to her loving husband, Russell Wilson.

For the past few days, the talented singer and dancer has been busy making TV and radio appearances to promote her new album, Beauty Marks.

She sat down with radio personality Angie Martinez for an interview where she spilled the tea by saying: “I prayed for a God-fearing man. I prayed for discernment. I prayed for wisdom, to really learn from the wisdom that I’ve gained from the experience that I’m going through.”

The 33-year-old entertainer and businesswoman added: “I prayed for a man that loved kids, because, obviously me having my son, if you’re gonna love me you’ve got to love him. I prayed for a man that was worldly as well. Because I love to explore so someone that was going to edify my world, [that] was important to me. I was ready to level up!”

Ciara went on to say that while she said the prayer many times, she did not expect to meet a man after her split from Future, in 2014.

The diva confessed: “I had that in my mind … I was really ready to take my time and be patient and let love really fall in love the right way. I desired something new; I desired something different. I desired to be loved to the highest capacity and to be loved the way that I felt I deserved.”
