Cole Sprouse Reveals If He'd Consider Reprising His Role In A Potential 'Suite Life Of Zack And Cody' Reboot

Bad news for the diehard fans of Suite Life of Zack and Cody who grew up with the Disney show and would love to see it back! It turns out that there is no reboot in the works!

While he appeared as a guest on The Drew Barrymore Show yesterday, Cole Sprouse discussed the possibility of bringing back the series and he made his feelings about it very clear.

These days, reboots and revivals are very popular and many older shows are coming back because of it but it turns out that the same is not going to happen to The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

The reveal happened when the host of the show, Drew Barrymore, asked her guest, Cole, if the Sex and the City special is a true revival in his opinion since Kim Cattrall is not involved.

As you might have heard, the actress was not interested in reprising her role as Samantha Jones.

But the Riverdale actor admitted he did not even know which one out of the four main characters was Samantha!

He did, however, go on to share his thoughts on the supposed dangers of returning to a wrapped-up storyline.

That is when Cole also discussed the series that made he and his twin brother Dylan Sprouse into household names.

‘Reboots are a tricky thing, you know? The original shows, when they become successful, sit within this golden little plate of nostalgia, and when you modernize it and go back to it, it has the potential to really disenfranchise the original fan base. So it’s a very, very touchy thing,’ he told the host and actress.

‘I’m asked all the time if Dylan and I are going to do a Suite Life reboot, and I go, ‘No, absolutely not,” he added, breaking the hearts of fans everywhere!
