Counting On star Jinger Duggar has officially made it halfway through her second pregnancy. Earlier this week, Duggar gave her 1.3 million Instagram followers a 20-week pregnancy update with a sweet family photo that featured Duggar, her husband Jeremy Vuolo, and their almost 2-year-old daughter, Felicity (her birthday is July 18).
In the photo, Vuolo and Duggar are standing side-by-side and they each have one arm around each other. Jinger cradled her baby bump with her left hand, while Jeremy held Felicity in his right arm.

Duggar is wearing a blue, sleeveless maternity dress with white sneakers, and Vuolo is rocking a blue shirt and white shorts. Sweet Felicity wore a black-and-white checkered dress with a black headband, and she accessorized with a teddy bear.
“20 weeks down + 20 weeks to go until we meet the newest little addition to our family.💝” wrote Duggar in the caption.
Fans loved Jinger’s casual maternity look, with her cute shoes getting the most attention.
“So cute! Love your shoes Jinger!” wrote one fan, while another added: “So happy for you! I must ask- where did you get those awesome shoes you are rocking?”
Jinger’s sister-in-law, Anna Duggar, commented: “You are stunning Jinger! Can’t wait to meet baby Vuolo in 20 weeks! 💝, and Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates wrote: “Love this outfit 💓 Beautiful family!”
Even though friends and fans loved Jinger’s baby bump update, many were unhappy with a recent Instagram post where Jinger seemed to imply that people could pray away their mental health issues.
In late June, Jinger wrote that with so much going on that can make us worry, anxiety “could be a serious struggle every day if we let it be.”

Jinger continued: “But believe it or not, the Bible has a lot to say about it [anxiety]. One of my favorite Scriptures is Philippians 4 where we are told to ‘rejoice always’ and ‘never be anxious.’ The obvious question is, how? And the answer is thankful prayer.”
One fan wrote that anxiety is a mental illness that affects millions, and kind words don’t cure that. “Please don’t downplay people’s suffering. If I could pray my mental illnesses away wouldn’t you think I’ve already tried?”
Another commented: “Doesn’t necessarily help if you have an anxiety disorder. If anything you just feel like you’re out of God’s favor if you can’t just happily stop the anxiety by remembering a few comforting passages from the Bible.”
New episodes of Counting On air Tuesday nights on TLC.
