Counting On Star Jana Duggar Is Reportedly Praying For Mr. Right Every Night

Fans of Counting On know star Jana Duggar as the “Cinderella” of the family, since she is closing in on 30, and still not married. Her parents Jim Bob and Michelle are all about their 19 kids getting hitched and having babies, so Jana’s single status is a big deal, especially since every other female in the family who is over the age of 18 is a wife and mom. The pressure is on for Jana to find the right guy, and she just revealed to fans that she is praying every night for Mr. Right to come along.

Jana finally started an Instagram account a few weeks ago, and during a recent Q&A with fans, the oldest Duggar daughter spilled some tea on her dating life, and she also addressed rumors about her sexuality.

Over the past few years, Jana has been linked to a few different men, but recently fans started to wonder if Jana’s single status was due to her being a lesbian, which is a huge no-no in Duggar world. Fans even speculated that Jana was secretly dating her best friend, Laura DeMasie, but the 29-year-old has finally addressed that rumor and shut it down hard.

“Are you and Laura dating?” one follower asked Jana. “Anyone else thinking the same thing?”

The reality star quickly responded to the question, writing, “No. And I would like to stop that rumor. I have no interest in girls that way whatsoever.”

Both the fan question and Jana’s answer have since been deleted, but not before she commented about her dating history.

“I have ‘courted’ or ‘dated’ a few guys, but so far nothing has gone into a serious relationship,” Jana allegedly wrote. “Just continuing to wait and pray for the right guy to come along.”

According to Radar Online, Jana has been linked over the years to family friend Caleb Williams, who was recently charged with aggravated abuse against a minor, but both he and Jana claimed they were just friends. There was also a rumor that Jana courted Jacob Wilson, Caleb’s brother, but he quickly shut that rumor down on Facebook.

There was also some speculation a few years back that Jana was courting former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, but the two actually never met.

Then there is Lawson Bates, star of Bringing Up Bates, who also comes from a fundamentalist family with 19 children. Neither Jana nor Lawson have confirmed or denied a relationship. But, considering Jana’s comment that she is still praying for the right guy, it doesn’t look like there is any truth to this rumor.

While Jana is waiting for her Prince Charming, she keeps herself busy by renovating rooms in her family’s home and taking care of her famous garden. Until Jana Duggar finds the right guy, she is stuck on the Duggar compound, per family rules.
