For months, fans of Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar have accused her husband, Austin Forsyth, of being “controlling” and “overbearing,” and some have even speculated that the marriage is in trouble. However, the 21-year-old is tired of hearing it, and she finally shut down fans who have criticized or doubted their love.
This past week, Joy-Anna posted a sweet pic of her and Austin and added the caption, “I keep falling in love with him! Love you, Austin Martyn! #AustinandJoyForsyth #MadlyInLove.”

Back in November, when critical fan comments started popping up on her posts, Joy-Anna tried to make her feelings for her husband clear when she wrote, “I love him MORE than I ever have!” And since then, she has been showing Austin extra love on social media.
According to OK! Magazine, Joy-Anna surprised Austin with a camping trip for his birthday and documented it for fans. Then, to celebrate the new year, she shared a pic of Austin re-tiling their kitchen with their 10-month old son Gideon and captioned it, “I love getting to tile…especially with these cuties!”
Austin and Joy-Anna got married in May 2017, and exactly nine months later she gave birth to Gideon. Since then, the young mom has successfully lost her baby weight, but when she posted a cryptic video last week discussing her weight loss, she caused a bit of a controversy.

In the clip, she was attempting to pique fans’ curiosity about the Optavia weight loss system, revealing that she had lost 47 pounds in 15 weeks. She also shared that Austin had lost 40 pounds in nine weeks, and then told fans if they had any questions that they should email her their phone number so she could talk with them.
When one fan commented that she was looking to lose some weight, but had to be “careful” because she had past issues with anorexia, Joy-Anna replied, “Awesome! This is all clean and has probiotics built in!”
After that, another Instagram follower posted a screenshot of a DM conversation with the reality star, and then wrote that Joy-Anna’s responses to women with eating disorders on the Optavia video were “very dangerous.”
The same person added that Joy-Anna shouldn’t be encouraging women with eating disorders to lose weight, that was their doctor’s job.
Joy-Anna quickly responded and apologized.

“Thank you for your concern,” Joy wrote. “I did not mean at all to text the girl that has anorexia and I feel so bad, I tried to find the account, so I could fix what I said.”
She then explained that she had only the best intentions when encouraging the Optavia system, and her health coach always tells people to check with their doctor before starting.
Joy-Anna Duggar added that many doctors recommend Optavia, but she understands that it isn’t right for everyone.
New episodes of Counting On will return to TLC on March 15th.
