Real Housewives of Atlanta starCynthia Bailey was reportedly part of a recent cast shakeup that has resulted in her being fired as a full-time cast member. A new report from Tamra Tattles claims that Bailey has lost her peach for next season, but producers have offered her the opportunity to come back part-time.
Sources close to RHOA production claim that Bailey is still mulling over the proposal, and trying to decide if she really wants to return to the show in a reduced role. This situation is similar to what Vicki Gunvalson went through on Real Housewives of Orange County. Gunvalson eventually agreed to return as a friend of the show for one season, but then left the series completely.

Tamra Tattles claims that the cast change is far from a done deal, but the CEO of the production company has already talked with Bailey about a reduced role next season as either a “friend” or a guest star.
Producers reportedly offered Bailey a massive pay cut to come back part-time, and the outlet made it clear that Bailey didn’t quit the show.
During this season of RHOA, Bailey’s storyline has featured her relationship with fiance Mike Hill, as well as her daughter coming out as bisexual. There was also a secret recording of Bailey throwing shade at NeNe Leakes that caused some drama, and she also fought with Kenya Moore.
After Tamra Tattles published the story about Bailey’s firing, she posted her look for the upcoming virtual RHOA reunion. In the photo, Bailey is wearing a long, white “grecian goddess” dress, and in the caption she wrote: “i survived because the 🔥 inside me burned brighter than the 🔥around me.”-grecian goddess.”

In a second post that featured her reunion look, Bailey wrote: “The strongest people are not those who always win, but those who don’t give up when they lose.” #motivationmonday #modelmonday.”
She also removed all references to Real Housewives of Atlanta from her Instagram profile, but Bailey has not publicly addressed the Tamra Tattles report.
Cynthia Bailey will be part of the upcoming Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12 reunion – which was filmed remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic – that airs Sunday, May 10 on Bravo.
