Cynthia Bailey’s ex, Peter Thomas has just been arrested. This happened after he got off a plane in Miami due to an out-of-state warrant.

TMZ and the Hollywood Life reported this, and it was also added that he was taken into the police custody for allegedly writing fake checks in Louisiana.

His mug shot from the Miami Dade County Correctional Facility is out. TMZ reported that he’s being held without bond at this time.

Cynthia and Peter have been married during the third season of RHOA, and their wedding has been televised. They broke up back in 2016.

Even if these two got divorced in 2017, they kept in touch. Hollywood Life reported that she told ET back in November 2017.

‘I still kinda depend on him. Like, I want to share with him still. Well, not everything. Don’t want to share everything with him anymore,’ she joked.

‘We were friends before we were boyfriend and girlfriend, friends before we were husband and wife,’ she continued.

‘He’s someone that has always had my back and someone I still trust very much. He has a great relationship with Noelle (Cynthia’s daughter Noelle Robinson), he’s still very much in her life, they have their own relationship. I’m still very close to his kids,’ Cynthia said.

Cynthia has recently celebrated her birthday, and all of her friends made sure to honor her by posting pics and sweet messages on social media. Kenya Moore was one of them.
