Danny Masterson and the Church of Scientology are being sued for allegedly stalking four women who have accused the actor of sexual assault.

The ongoing saga involving the rape accusations against Masterson and the alleged Church of Scientology cover-up has escalated. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, two of the four ladies are named, while two are listed as Jane Doe.

Legal papers declare there was a “conspiracy to cover up that Daniel Masterson sexually assaulted four young women.”

Chrissie Bixler is one of the women involved in the lawsuit. The Blast is reporting she has previously claimed Masterton, whom she dated, repeatedly forced her to have sex during their relationship. If she refused, he would become violent with her.

Since coming forward with her allegations, Bixler states in the lawsuit her dog died inexplicably. An autopsy revealed the dog died from “unexplained traumatic injuries to trachea and esophagus.” She further alleges she was run off the road on purpose last June and that a friend of the actor’s threatened to leak nude photos of her if she didn’t shut up.

Bixler also insists that when she reported Masterson’s actions to a Scientology employee, she was told: “you can’t be raped by someone you are in a consensual relationship with.” She was also informed it was a “High Crime” to report the actor to the cops and if she did, Bixler would be labeled a “suppressive person” by the church.

Bobette Riales is another ex-girlfriend of The Ranch star, who has publicly accused him of drugging and sexually assaulting her. She claims to have been under surveillance and followed since speaking publicly. One instance in the lawsuit reveals a window was broken at her home, and several of her neighbors have spotted a man taking her picture.

The two unnamed women also claim to have had similar experiences to Bixler and Riales after speaking out against Masterson.

Andrew Brettler is the attorney for the actor and released a statement on his behalf regarding the lawsuits to TMZ.

“I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years. I will beat her in court and look forward to it because the public will finally be able learn the truth and see how I’ve been railroaded by this woman. And once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family,” the statement read.
