David Charvet Makes Shocking Omission About Jermaine Jones' Wife As Restraining Order Is Denied

David Charvet just confirmed that he is dating Jermaine Jones’ wife, Sarah Jones. The Baywatch star finally confessed to the affair during a recent courtroom appearance, in which Charvet was attempting to obtain a restraining order against the soccer star.

Brooke Burke’s ex-husband, Charvet, revealed that he met Sarah at one of his child’s sporting events. The two really hit it off as friends and planned play dates for their children. Things quickly turned romantic as they started spending more and more time together. Jermaine, unfortunately, did not learn about the affair until only recently.

According to The Blast, Charvet then showed the court some threatening texts Jermaine had sent him and claims that he is fearful about what Sarah’s estranged husband might do.

In response, Jermaine explained how his wife denied the affair and admitted that he got angry after he discovered that Charvet had picked up his kids from school.

At the time, Jermaine believed his wife and warned Charvet to stay away from his children. The former soccer star was devastated when he found out that Charvet and Sarah had been having an affair the entire time.

Sarah has since filed for divorce, and Jermaine is now seeking to obtain full custody of his five children.

Jermaine’s lawyer, Larry Bakman, told the court that Jermaine does not wish to do any harm to Charvet and that a restraining order is unnecessary. Bakman admitted that Jermaine should not have sent the threatening texts and says that his client is not a real threat.

The judge ruled in favor of Jermaine and denied the restraining order, though he did warn him to keep away from David Charvet from now on.

Jermaine Jones has not commented on the situation, but he was spotted leaving the courtroom with NBA star Matt Barnes, who was also in court handling his own legal troubles.
