David Eason has found himself in trouble with the authorities once again, a new report from Us Magazine revealed. The outlet says that the reality star was arrested by the police on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and also uttering communicative threats to his wife, Jenelle Evans, and her friends.
The 31-year-old Teen Mom alum was taken into the Columbus County Detention Center in Whiteville, North Carolina, on Friday, on the 12th of June. In Touch Weekly was the first to reveal that he was released out of jail on bond.
He now has a court date scheduled for the 6th of July. On the 12th of June, Celebernation said that the reality star, Jenelle, invited two of her male friends over to her house to help her get all of her personal belongings.
Reportedly, Eason fought one of her friends and hit him in the face with a pistol while fighting for his truck keys. During a conversation with the outlet, Eason said that she and David broke up for good after the altercation.

On Saturday, the MTV personality said to her fans on Facebook that she was doing ok and her children were safe. Jenelle went on to say that she’d be staying away from social media for the next few days to help collect her thoughts.
Fans of Jenelle know that she has a 10-year-old son named Jace, Kaiser, and then Ensley, whom she had with Eason. David also has a 13-year-old daughter from another relationship. Reportedly, the 16 and Pregnant alum married David in September 2017.
As it was previously reported, Eason admitted to killing their dog after it bit their daughter. On her Instagram back in October 2019, Jenelle said that she and her kids decided to move away from David. She wanted to get a divorce, so she filed the court documents at the courthouse.
David and Jenelle have been in the headlines for similar reasons repeatedly over the last few years, including in November 2019, when she filed a restraining order against him regarding allegations of abuse. She later rescinded the restraining order.
