Demi Lovato Takes A Social Media Break Again And Announces New Music

Demi Lovato is taking some time off from social media once again claims a new report from Page Six. On Wednesday, the singer-songwriter, who recently spent some time in rehab, shared a photo with a caption that read, “the next time you hear from me, I’ll be singing…”

The 27-year-old performer didn’t reveal when her new tunes would hit streaming platforms, but fans of hers understand that it’s likely an announcement of new music to come. Additionally, the star shared a post on her Stories which stated, “don’t believe the rumors.”

However, nobody really knows what was she was referring to. Demi hasn’t released a new single since June of 2018 ‘s song, “Sober.” As it was previously reported, Lovato reportedly overdosed and announced in August of the same year that she was going to take some time off.

On her Instagram account, Lovato also admitted she had just started working with the mega-manager, Scooter Braun, who also works with the Biebs and Ariana Grande. The star stated she was very inspired and excited at starting a new chapter in her career.

Lovato’s new record will be the first time she has released music while working with the manager. Previously, Lovato worked with another company, a time during which she created and released six studio albums in total.

As was noted above, Scooter is the manager for both Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, and formerly of Kanye West. Braun has been in the headlines for other reasons lately as well, including his widely publicized feud with the singer-songwriter, Taylor Swift.

As it was previously reported, Scooter and Swift have been feuding ever since the summer months after it was revealed Braun had purchased her master recordings from Scott Borchetta’s record label, Big Machine Records, now known as Big Machine Label Group.

Taylor took to her Tumblr account after the purchase was revealed and described it as one of the worst things she could’ve imagined. Not long after, more controversy stirred when Taylor accused Scooter and Big Machine Label Group of barring her from performing her hit songs at the American Music Awards.
