Dog The Bounty Hunter Thinks Beth Chapman Would Approve Of His New Fiance

Dog the Bounty Hunter has found a new love who he is now engaged to. After social media slammed the reality star for moving on so quickly not even a year after his wife passed away from cancer, he thinks that Beth Chapman would approve of Francie Frane.

The bounty hunter spoke with TMZ about how he grew a special bond with Frane who was also suffering from losing a spouse.

‘For a living, she’s a rancher and she recently lost her husband to cancer six months before I lost Beth Chapman so we hopped on the phone, started talking to each other, crying and consoling each other and then one thing led to another and it’s just incredible that I’ve been able to meet someone like her. With Francie, I’m allowed to speak about Beth, we speak about her husband. We cry. We hold each other.’

He went on to say that although he is grieving, he still needs to ‘man up’ in order to get his job done. He credits Francie for helping him with that.

Dog went on to say that he thinks Beth would ‘approve’ of his new lady.

‘As far as my gene pool, I think she would approve. I didn’t have ranchers in my gene pool. I don’t know if Beth even knows. She’s kicking around with the angels. She’s all happy. I don’t know if she knows.’

Duane made it clear that Beth would want him to move on; however, he did not discuss the promise he made her not to remarry.

Fans have brought up the interview where he told People Magazine: ‘What deal we said is I will never take ‘Beth’ off my chest, I have her name here. And I will never get married. And she said to me, ‘We are human, okay?’ And probably the same thing I’d say to her — ‘I know you’re gonna have a boyfriend, I hope you have 10, but don’t go fricking marry one, and say those words. Don’t you dare do that.’ I would say that, and she did say that to me.’
