Brett Kavanaugh is back in the news, as he has just been targeted by another sexual misconduct accusation by one of his male classmates — Max Stier
According to the man, he had personally observed Kavanaugh exposing his genitals against a woman — and even pressing himself against her — all without her consent while at Yale.
This was reportedly stated directly to the FBI during the Supreme Court confirmation process in 2017 but was not investigate.
The Supreme Court Justice has been going through a very difficult time, facing multiple accusations of behaving inappropriately towards women in a sexual context.
There has still been no response from Kavanaugh regarding the situation, and he did not want to make any public statements about what is going on.
Some have speculated that he might be gearing up for a major defense, which he has every right to do.
And while this seems to have painted him as even more guilty in the eyes of some – due to his lack of communication with the public on the matter – this has not been a common sentiment.
Quite on the contrary, many people have called for Kavanaugh to be given a chance to explain his side of the story properly, once the dust has settled.
…She can never recover, and will never return to Greatness, under current Management. The Times is DEAD, long live The New York Times!

This might take a while, though, looking at the current trends. With the new accusations being brought up against him, he might be quiet for some time before coming out with any official statements on the situation, and even then they will likely be carefully curated.
I call for the Resignation of everybody at The New York Times involved in the Kavanaugh SMEAR story, and while you’re at it, the Russian Witch Hunt Hoax, which is just as phony! They’ve taken the Old Grey Lady and broken her down, destroyed her virtue and ruined her reputation…

The story took an odd twist after The New York Times, which ran the piece made this correction: “An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed, and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.”
President Donald Trump took to Twitter to say everyone “involved in the Kavanaugh SMEAR story” at the New York Times should be forced to resign.
