While these calls are not exactly new and have been following Trump pretty much since the day he entered the White House, there has been a noticeable increase in this trend lately, with many people joining in.

And while House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was firm on her refusal to consider Trump’s impeachment, the pressure from members of her party has made her take action.

Trump’s recent moves involving Ukraine have painted a new target on him, with many calling him out for his inappropriate behavior towards another political opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden.

A few have even speculated that Trump is acting this way because of the influence of Russian President Vladimir Putin, but so far, this has been nothing more than speculation. Most believe that Trump will do anything to get reelected in 2020.

It was also stated that it takes a serious, major political incident for Pelosi even to consider the move in the first place.

Many have wondered given everything Trump has done over the years of his presidency, and his general controversial attitude, it was strange to think about what Pelosi might consider serious enough in this context.

The speaker seems to have found a serious reason to launch a formal impeachment inquiry into President Trump after it was revealed that he spoke to the president of Ukraine in July about investigation Biden.

Pelosi said: “Today I’m announcing the House of Representatives is moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry. This week, the president has admitted to asking the president of Ukraine to take actions which would benefit him politically. The actions of the Trump presidency revealed dishonorable facts of the president’s betrayal of his oath of office, betrayal of national security and betrayal of the integrity of our elections.”

Trump’s campaign spokesperson, Kayleigh McEnany, responded by: “They can’t stand the will of the American people as manifested in the election of Donald Trump, so they seek to impeach him before the facts have even come to light. In doing so, Democrats have exposed their radical hatred for President Trump and helped to pave the way for a landslide victory for President Trump on November 3, 2020.”

She added: “We just didn’t think Democrats were stupid enough to go down this road that will surely backfire.”

Trump is said to be slightly worried about all of the drama.
