In a social media post to honor Walker on what would have been his 46th birthday, Johnson got candid about their friendship. The Baywatch star also made an eerie reference to Hart’s crash that occurred over Labor Day weekend.

“I never post about my friend. Personal thing, but I prefer to keep our memories and bond private and quiet. But something about today compelled me as a moving reminder of how fragile life is for all of us,” Johnson began his message about the blonde-haired blue-eyed Hollywood hunk.

Fans know Walker tragically died in a car accident in November 2013. The Fast & Furious star was the passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT that spun out of control and crashed into a tree, causing his untimely death.

“It’s Paul’s birthday, and rightfully so, his legacy celebrated around the world. Our friendship was bonded over our daughters, Meadow & Simone and the pride and protection we took being their fathers. And recently, I got a scare when I almost lost another friend on the road,” the Hobbs & Shaw star continued his tribute.

Johnson has been reeling from Hart’s crash, which has left the comedian with a serve back injury. The two have been friends for years.

“All this stuff got me thinking about how beautiful, yet wildly unpredictable life is. We never know what’s around the corner, so we gotta live as greatly as we can in the honor of our loved ones and ancestors who are no longer with us,” he said ending the post.
