Ed Sheeran And Cherry Seaborn Tied The Knot In Secret Ceremony?

According to a new report by The Sun, Ed Sheeran and his significant other Cherry Seaborn have tied the knot in secret! Supposedly, the intimate ceremony took place before Christmas at the singer’s estate in Suffolk, England.

The wedding was so small that, the news outlet reports, there were no celebs invited.

That being said, one source tells The Sun that the total number of guests did not go over 40 of their closest family members and friends.

‘It was very quiet – just Ed’s oldest school pals, limited family, and the priest. He wanted no fuss and wanted it to be something just for them – a tiny winter wedding. Neither of them was that fussed about making a big deal about it,’ the insider explained.

As fans remember, Sheeran asked Cherry to be his wife back in December of 2017 and if the news that they got married before the Christmas that just passed is true, it means that they were engaged for one year!

At the time, Ed announced the engagement by sharing a pic featuring him kissing his fiancée.

In the caption, the artist wrote: ‘Got myself a fiancée just before the new year. We’re really happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well.’

The pair is usually very private about their romance and yet, they haven’t been able to avoid the marriage rumors since this is not the first time wedding speculations swirl around.

In fact, they have been around since February of 2018 and started with Sheeran wearing a ring on that finger.

But while on the BRIT Awards red carpet last year, he made it clear that ‘I’m not married. I never saw why men do not wear engagement rings. It is the same commitment either way. Cherry made it for me out of silver clay. I really like it.’
