Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Eileen Davidson has put reality TV and soap operas behind her and is now focusing on a career as an independent film actress. However, in a recent interview, Davidson looked back on her RHOBH days and revealed why she left the Bravo show after just three seasons.
Davidson said that she does miss The Young and the Restless, which she quit in 2018 after starring on the soap for 36 years. But she doesn’t feel the same about RHOBH.

“With Real Housewives I wasn’t thrilled with a lot of stuff that happened, and there’s so much less stress and anxiety in my life now,” Davidson told In Touch Weekly. “I’m really glad the drama is behind me. When you’re in that space, it becomes your entire world.”
Davidson wishes she would have handled some situations better, but overall, she thought she did well and “it is what it is.” She does admit that starring on RHOBH was “one of the most fascinating experiences” of her life, and she still keeps in touch with Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Lisa Rinna.
The actress says that after she left RHOBH she had to “decompress” and distance herself from reality TV, but she still thinks the world of Richards, Jayne, and Rinna.
Davidson says that she doesn’t talk to Lisa Vanderpump anymore, which makes sense because the two didn’t really get along when they were both on RHOBH. Davidson still hopes that Vanderpump will work things out with Rinna and the current cast. She says that things change quickly in reality TV, and there is always a way to make amends.
So, she wouldn’t be surprised if Vanderpump and Rinna were besties at this time next year.
