Eli Roth And His Ex-Wife Officially Finalize Their Divorce After Saying They Would've 'Killed Each Other' Had They Continued

According to a report from Page Six, Lorenza Izzo and Eli Roth are officially separated. The 47-year-old director and 29-year-old actress finally reached a divorce settlement, approximately one year after they first filed.

The Blast claims the ex-lovers have agreed to allegedly fair terms, leaving Roth relatively unscathed. Court documents obtained by The Blast claim Roth won’t be coughing up any spousal support, moreover, he hasn’t lost any of his properties either.

Moreover, Roth will get to keep his SAG, DGA, and WGA pensions, as well as the rights to all of his productions and bank accounts. The actress, who hails from Chile, will keep two bank accounts as well as a Salvador Dali painting, in addition to “Chilean ceramics.”

Furthermore, Roth will acquire the lease to Lorenza’s Porsche and will also pay $450,000 for the sake of settling the finances between each other. Last year, Izzo and Roth released a statement in which they stated they had to separate.

Roth and his ex-wife claimed divorce was necessary because they would “kill each other” otherwise. Last year, Eli took to his Instagram to say that it was with “great sadness” that they were separating.

While Roth has managed to make a name for himself as a very successful director, the general public is most familiar with him as the face of the “Bear Jew” in Quentin Tarantino’s flick, Inglorious Basterds.

Released in 2009, the movie was completely unlike any other World War II films set in the Holocaust era. Recently, Eli took on the role as director for the 2018 movie, The House With A Clock In Its Walls, which has been his biggest domestic earner at the box office yet, as well as his first movie to receive a PG-13 rating.
