Moreover, it looks like Hurley is in a sharing mood lately, as she has been taken the time to reveal some of her secrets, and wanted to let her fans know a thing or two about what it takes for her to stay in shape.

According to Hurley, she does not like any “fad diets” and has been trying to stay away from them as best as possible. Instead, she has been doing her best to eat as many vegetables as she can.

Hurley explained that this has made a huge difference in her life over the years, and has been a major contributing factor in her appearance and overall health.

She added that she still likes to eat a good deal of meat, fish, and other similar products, but vegetables have been the main component of her diet for a long time, and she believes that this has been a very important factor.

The British actress told Closer Weekly: “I think we have to stay active, whether it’s formal exercise or just moving around a lot. I think we have to watch what we eat. We all know that. Everybody tells us that, but we have to watch what we eat.”

Hurley also surprised some with the claim that she does not actually exercise in any regular or structured way, but she does her best to stay active on a regular basis.

She pointed towards hikes and regular stretches as some of the things that she likes to focus on, and also claimed that she occasionally does yoga and Pilates.

She stated: “I don’t do any regulated exercise, but I’m very active. On the weekends, I go for long hikes with my dogs. I try and stretch every day. I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.”
