Elon Musk isn’t happy with some of the lockdown orders in California. Hot New Hip Hop reported today that Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and Space X, is filing a lawsuit against the government of Alameda County in California for their restrictions.
Elon Musk, who’s apparently unhappy with the extended restrictions until June 1st, is threatening to move his company to Nevada if they don’t comply with his order. On Twitter, Musk heavily criticized the social distancing rules for how they’ve impacted businesses all over California.
Musk wrote on his Twitter account, “Tesla is filing a lawsuit against Alameda County immediately.” Musk didn’t hold back any of his thoughts either.
He referred to the “Interim Health Officer” as both “ignorant” and “unelected,” and added that the anonymous bureaucrat was acting in opposition to the State and Federal-level governments. Furthermore, Elon said much of the rules enacted were against “common-sense.”

The Tesla CEO said it was the “final straw,” and he was going to pack up Tesla and its headquarters and move everything to Texas and Nevada. The automaker said that Tesla was one of the last carmakers in the state.
As it was previously reported, Tesla shut its factory doors on the 23rd of March once the coronavirus pandemic really started bearing its ugly head in the United States. Musk, thus far, has been very critical of the stay-at-home orders.
Previously, Musk released a statement showing a lot more patience, claiming that he and his company would start manufacturing once again in accordance with the governments. Either way, this has been a busy month for the Tesla founder.
On the 8th of May, 2020, Elon appeared on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast once again to clear the air on the name of his child with the Montreal artist, Grimes. Elon and Grimes, controversially, claimed their baby’s name was X Æ A-12.
During his appearence on the world’s most successful podcast, Elon explained that his contribution to the name was “A-12,” inspired by his favorite aircraft of all time from Boeing.
