Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Mathers has been steaming up social media with pictures of her rock-hard abs.
People have been going crazy over the 23-year-old’s sexy looks and smoking hot body. Every time she posts a picture on social media, it goes viral within minutes. There is no doubt the rapper’s little girl is all grown up.
Now Mathers is sharing the workout routine she does to maintain her killer abs. She posted the entire routine on her Instagram Stories. It is intense, but that should not scare anyone away. If a person wants abs like hers, then he or she should give the routine a chance.

The influencer does not reveal the amount of weight she uses, but that is on purpose. Each person attempting the workout needs to determine the proper weight to use for themselves. Not everyone can lift the same amount of weight during various exercises.
Although as mentioned above the routine is intense it is also doable. The young woman begins the workout on the ground with pushups, which can be modified to knee push-ups if needed. She does 3 sets of 15 reps per set. Next, she stands up for some squats with dumbbells, Holding the weights, Mathers does 3 sets of 20 reps per set of squats.
After squats, Mathers heads back to the floor for cable chest fly, if at the gym or weighted chest fly at home doing 3 sets of 12 reps. Standing up for a wood chop is her next move. It can also be done with a cable or weight depending on where a person is working out. She does 3 sets of 12 reps per side because everyone knows both sides need to be trained the same.

One of the last two moves Eminem’s daughter does is a single leg cable knee tuck crunch, which can also be modified and done with weights instead of a cable. She does 3 sets of15 reps per leg. Last but not least, Mathers rounds out her workout with weighted glute bridge 3 sets of 20 reps.
Hailie Jade Mathers has clued in her almost 2 million Instagram followers into how she keeps her picture-perfect abs. The good thing about her workout is even though it is difficult it can be slightly modified for beginners if needed.
