Emma Stone Confesses That Turning 30 Years Old Made Her 'Gloomy For About A Week!'

The actress revealed that she was not too happy to turn 30 years old at first! Emma Stone, who appears on the cover of British Vogue in the February issue, opened up about leaving her 20s behind and how that made her feel.

‘I got gloomy for about a week. But then realized the most interesting part of becoming an adult is that most things become bittersweet. I am still finding my voice,’ the star told the magazine.

Stone is always learning something as she gets older and some of the lessons she has acquired are that she should just accept that not everyone ‘likes you’ and also that she should not fall over herself ‘to win over the unwinnable.’

She went on to add that ‘Nobody knows what they’re doing. We’re all just a bunch of people trying to figure out how to get through the day.’

Not too long ago, ET also chatted with Emma and her co-star Rachel Weisz, and they got candid about Favorite’s intimate scenes.

‘It’s very intimate between these women, they slap each other, they kiss each other, they make love to each other, they argue with each other, they flatter, it’s very… women getting to do just about everything there is to do,’ Weisz said.

In the movie, she plays Stone’s cousin, and in the plot, they are in a constant battle over winning the affection of England’s Queen Anne.

But the two of them are not the only ones who have such intense scenes on screen since Stone also had one with none other than Joe Alwyn – Taylor Swift’s man!

‘Your wedding night with Joe Alwyn was kind of pretty out there as well,’ Weisz noted as Stone confirmed that it was ‘depressing’ and definitely ‘not PG.’
