Erika Jayne Will Not Be Demoted For Season 10 Of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

Rumors have been swirling that Bravo demoted Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne to a friend of the show after the network announced they hired actress Garcell Beauvais and party planner Sutton Stracke to replace Lisa Vanderpump. Jayne herself added fuel to the rumor fire when she removed mentions of RHOBH from her social media accounts. However, a new report claims that Bravo has not demoted Jayne, and she has already started filming with the rest of the Season 10 cast.

According to Us Weekly, Jayne will have a full-time role this season, and an insider says the RHOBH ladies are currently in New York City filming together. The Painkillr singer also chimed into a conversation about her possible demotion on a fan account by commenting with a bunch of laughing face emojis.

Bravo has not officially announced the cast for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10. But, the expectation is that in addition to Beauvais and Stracke, Jayne will be returning along with Kyle Richards, Teddi Mellencamp, Denise Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley.

Another question fans have about Season 10 is whether or not the show will continue to gloss over Jayne and Kemsley’s legal troubles like they did during the #Puppygate-focused Season 9. Jayne’s husband Thomas Girardi is facing a lawsuit from the Law Finance Group over an alleged $6 million unpaid loan, and the company has recently requested that Jayne turn over her financial records and sources of income.

Jayne is also a defendant in a separate lawsuit for another unpaid loan which totals $3 million. Both cases are still ongoing.

Kemsley and her husband PK are also facing lawsuits from unpaid creditors. And, even though a woman confronted Kemsley over the debt during last season’s cast trip to the Bahamas, Bravo edited it out of the episode.

As for the newbies, Beauvais says she is honored and humbled to be the first African-American housewife on RHOBH. And, Stacke says she is excited to share her love of art and fashion design with fans, and she looks forward to having fun times as a “Southern Belle in Southern California.”

Season 10 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to premiere in the spring of 2020.
