Considering many nations around the world are currently on lockdown, individuals all over the globe are quarantining in their homes in an effort to help flatten the spread of COVID-19. Consequently, there are many who find themselves with a lot more free time than usual, and Jennifer Aniston is no exception to that rule.
In fact, a new report from E! Online suggested that Jennifer has been looking through Instagram a lot more, particularly, Instagram Live. More importantly, she has been checking out the IG of her ex-boyfriend, John Mayer.
When John was having a chat with fans online, a few noticed Jennifer’s verified account in the comment section. The Friends alum shared three joy emojis. It’s not entirely clear what she was referring too, but fans were listening to John discuss memories of the late, Bill Withers, who passed away earlier this year.

Mayer said to his fans and followers that Bill was the kind of guy where almost everything he had to say was useful in some way, regardless to whom or when he was speaking.
The singer-songwriter went on to joke that only around 4% of the things he had to say were useful, whereas Bill always made his words count. Getting back to John and Jennifer, the pair famously dated around 10 years ago, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out.
These days, however, they do get along and apparently are good friends. In February of this year, Aniston and Mayer were seen hanging out at Sunset Tower Hotel in LA. A source who spoke with E! News claimed they weren’t there as a couple, however.
When asked about her romance with the guitar player by Vogue Magazine in 2008, she had nothing but nice things to say about him. The star shared that she and John still cared for one another deeply. Aniston added that even though they had to call it off, there’s still a lot of love and concern for each other there.
Jennifer later went on to date and marry Justin Theroux, however, they split up in 2018.
