Flipping Out Star Jeff Lewis Reveals Exactly What Went Wrong In His Relationship With Gage Edward

Jeff Lewis has not been shy about his split from Gage Edward. The Flipping Out star has talked about the breakup on his radio show on several occasions, and on this week’s episode, he finally admitted what really went wrong with their relationship.

Lewis told his guest, Judge Lauren Lake, that he is the one to blame for ruining his relationship with Edward. Lewis revealed that he completely shut down and pulled away after experiencing two significant losses last year: the death of his grandmother, Patty, and Jenni Pulos-Nassos ending their friendship.

“I am 90 percent responsible for why we’re here. I emotionally abandoned him last year. I was a complete prick. I turned on him. I pushed him away,” Lewis shared.

According to Bravo TV, Lewis says that he self-destructed in the wake of his personal losses. Although he eventually found himself again, the damage had already been done. Sadly, it was too late to fix his relationship with Edward and the two ended up parting ways late last month.

Lewis also revealed that he never knew that Edward wanted to get married. Edward had always planned to tie the knot once they had dated for five or six years, and Lewis did not find out about it until after it was too late.

Although Lewis’ actions led to the demise of his relationship, he learned a lot about himself over the past month. In fact, Lewis believes that he is a completely different man now and plans on treating his loved ones better moving forward.

Lewis announced his split from Edward at the end of last month. He and Edward have both started dating now that they are no longer together. The two are also doing their best to raise their daughter, Monroe, and only want what is best for their family. While things do not look promising at the moment, Lewis is optimistic that Edward will come back around and that they can repair their relationship.

Gage Edward has not commented on Jeff Lewis’ latest revelations about their breakup.
