Former Southern Charm Star Thomas Ravenel Is Dragging Uber Into His Nasty Custody Battle With Kathryn Dennis

The custody battle between Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis and her ex, Thomas Ravenel, has escalated into a nasty war. Things are getting so bad that Ravenel is trying to drag Uber into the fight, but the rideshare company wants nothing to do with the case.

According to The Daily Mail, Ravenel attempted to subpoena Uber because he wants the company to hand over records attached to Dennis’ Uber account from June 2017 to the present. The former South Carolina State Treasurer is hoping to get some information that could prove his claims of neglect against Dennis.

However, Uber responded to the subpoena by calling it “overbroad” and “burdensome,” and they objected to the request, adding that Dennis has access to those records in her Uber app.

Now, the 56-year-old Ravenel is demanding a court hearing because he wants to hear Uber’s explanation for not complying with his subpoenas.

In addition to claims of neglect, Ravenel has also accused his 27-year-old baby momma of buying prescription drugs from Southern Charm producers. And, he says that she used both alcohol and drugs during her two pregnancies.

Ravenel’s demand for a court hearing with Uber comes just a few days after Dennis alleged that Ravenel had encouraged guests at a party to take magic mushrooms because they don’t show up on drug tests.

Yes, this is getting nasty, and there is no end in sight.

The judge has not yet ruled on Ravenel’s most recent filing, but Ravenel and Dennis continue to duke it out with multiple court documents.

Dennis wants Ravenel to produce evidence to back up the claims he has made about her alleged drug abuse, and she also wants Ravenel to testify about his own drug use.

The mom-of-two has also questioned Ravenel’s mental health and asked if he has been evaluated for bipolar disorder. She also requested that Ravenel provide a list of all the women who have accused of him sexual harassment or assault.

Thomas Ravenel has refused Dennis’ requests, and he has also asked the court for a protective order. He says that Kathryn Dennis is attempting to annoy and embarrass him, while creating an unnecessary burden.

Season 6 of Southern Charm will premiere on Bravo later this year.
